Anthony was a great host!!!!! Easy check in, nice/clean property, quite neighborhood. There was an issue with the garage door, so I contacted him and his response time was quick, he had a repair guy come out after we left the property and then by the time we returned later that day the garage door issue was fixed. I certainly recommend him as a host and his property if your looking for an over 55 community in this area. Thank you again Anthony!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house looks nicely remodeled, and we liked the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The use of the garage was convenient for the hot weather. The host Anthony was very responsive.

Anthony was a great host. The home was perfect and well decorated. It was very roomy and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. The beds were perfectly firm and felt brand new. I appreciated that we could use the garage to park. There is absolutely no clutter in this home and it had a very modern feel. I like the fact that the entire house had hard flooring vs carpet. AC and hot water worked perfectly. We didn’t really cook while we were there but the kitchen was stocked well enough for my wife and I. This will be our first choice if we ever need to come back to Sun City.

The Host Anthony was wonderful and very helpful and always available. He made our stay very easy The residence was really lovely, very comfortable and in a beautiful neighborhood with all the amenities of a home. It has a wonderful backyard where you can watch the different wildlife, like parrots, roadrunners and jackrabbits. Thank you Anthony we certainly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back !

The house appears to have just been remodeled and is in excellent condition with new appliances and furniture. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a grocery store less than a mile away. There are a couple of items which will presumably be added in the near future such as floor and table lamps to provide additional subdued lighting and kitchen knives but these items did not affect our stay.
