The house is in a prime location. Only two miles from Downtown Gilbert. There are restaurants, bars, malls, gyms, parks and theaters are within a 1-5 mile radius. So many things to do around the area which makes it a very convenient location. The house is fully upgraded, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the beds are queen size. Its also about 1400 square feet. The outdoor area has furniture and a TV. All the TVs run on the Firestick.

Well stocked kitchen, short drive to freeways, easy access to lots of activity-oriented things to do in the greater Phoenix area. Jose was very kind and helpful with minor issues and good ideas. Updates are well done. Restaurants in downtown Gilbert are fantastic.

This property really worked for us. It is very well located for our visit with family in Gilbert. It's about 10 minutes from nearly everything you need in the area. Neely Farms is a nice neighborhood in which to stay. The house was very roomy for the two of us and quite clean and comfortable.Jose, our host, was great with communication and flexibility of check-in and check-out and anything we may have needed. We highly recommend this property.

HIGH SCHOOL FRIENDS!!

Three of us who graduated from High School in 1974 came together to celebrate another high school friend's wedding. The house was absolutely perfect. Super clean, every amenity available, wonderful patio and the Host made sure our check in/out and stay was easy!! We had the BEST TIME!! Would definitely stay again....

Great location and comfortable home!

Came for Cubs Spring Training. Central location to several hiking areas and Sloan Park. Home allowed for spending time together inside and on the patio, along with individual bedrooms. Jose was very easy to communicate with and responsive to inquiries.

Nice House. Good Location.

Nice quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from downtown Gilbert where there are restaurants and shopping. Beds and furniture were good quality. Plenty of options for streaming on the flatscreen TV's in the main room and both bedrooms. Having the garage to park in was a nice option. House has enough pots/ utensils ect. to cook in if you want. Owner was always quick to respond to any questions.
