• Pool and lake are not fenced, please supervise children at all times.

• Fishing is permitted from the lake shore; two fishing poles are provided for guest use.

• Swimming is not allowed in the lake per community rules.

• There is no boat available at the property.

• Home includes WiFi and Smart TVs (Netflix, Amazon, YouTubeTV, etc.); no cable TV.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Please respect the peaceful Ocotillo lakefront community and nearby neighbors. Please park in driveway and garage. you are welcome to park in front of the house on the street during the day although Per HOA there is no overnight street parking.
