The room was clean for the most part, meaning the bed, sink/counters, and bathroom areas but the small couch in the sitting area had a weird looking stain and also part of the carpet near the restroom and sink area, leading to the small sitting area, seemed like they were not vacuumed very well. There were food crumbs and what looked like toilet paper pieces on the floor, which kinda grossed me out. The hot water took awhile to get warm and the toilet bowl was very low. However, the bed was super soft and sheets/bedding was clean, the front desk lady was cool, and the heater/AC worked great. Also, there was a small fridge and microwave which was a plus.

Room was fine and was the fitness room. There was a pool and hot tub that looked fine too but we never got time to use it. However, the breakfast was terrible so this would not be a place to stay if you value a good breakfast. There was very little choice (cereal, waffles, toast with no butter or jam and muffins) and on first day the juice machine was broken.

Went down to breakfast and everything was empty. Told the lady and she said no it wasn’t she was just there. We sat for two minutes trying to fill a waffle cup but the mixture was out and we couldn’t even get a half cup out of it. They had white bread, cream cheese, coffee in the decaf, cereal (no milk) and syrup….I am not exaggerating. That is it. It was by far the worst hotel. Thin walls meant you could hear the neighbors conversation just talking. The water in the next room sounded like an explosion when turned on it was so loud. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock or latch. Tile job still had the cut lines marked on them which tells me it’s never been cleaned. Stains on the bed at arrival. Can’t put perfume on a turd and charge full price. Don’t waste your time staying here. We had to go and buy breakfast elsewhere so we should have stayed at a $20 more a night room.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past. I attend a Christmas party the first week in December. The room last year compared to this year was comparable, clean and comfortable. Breakfast this year made no comparison to last year. They were out of coffee cups, the only offering for breakfast was cereal, waffles and a few muffins. I had to contact the staff to get a coffee cup and they brought in the coffee cups used in the rooms.

we booked this hotel base on the reviews of a full breakfast buffet BUT is no true is a very base breakfast with zero protein selections also they have a washer and dryer but the dryer was not working and the front deck could not provide any change to break down a dollar bill

The place just changed hands and they have a new staff on. The breakfast was cold, juice machine did not work, a pot for oatmeal but not plugged in and working. I had requested a cleaning of the room or just new towels and for three days it was forgotten

Easy check in and decent room and fairly quiet, especially since we were on the back side. Our toilet did keep running and we had to fix it a couple times. Breakfast wasn’t anything special and only consisted of carbs. Coffee was terrible.

Room was very nice, though when I walked in for the first time the temp was set to 50. Yes, FIFTY! That was unpleasant. Second problem was that the internet speed was in the range of <100kbps. That's KILOBYTES. Not even 1/2 a megabyte. Called to ask about it and was told that they had to ask the manager if they could restart the router. Then the next day was told that the manager was "talking to the internet company about getting a little more speed." Never got that "little more." Apparently I'm the only person who stayed there who wanted more than dial-up speed. On the plus side, the price was good, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and the exercise room, to my surprise, was reasonably well acquitted.
