1) They required a cash deposit of $250.00 and refused to give me a receipt, telling me I could go elsewhere. After driving 7 hours, age 77, going to my sister's funeral, too exhausted to argue. Also, the room was not really clean.

Staff was absent from property. I went down to the front dest at 9:15 to ask for 2 more pillows (only 4 in a king room?) and she had “left the building” to go get change according to the customer first in line. I was one of four persons/families waiting for her in the lobby. Our room was dirty and smelled like a grease pit. The microwave smelled like fish and had a huge hair clump in it. I touched and used as little as possible. Might got get tested for hepatitis next week.

The hotel is very poorly maintained with horrible smells, and there were young groups of people who spit on the ground inside the elevator left trash around the lobby area and we’re generally not polite or clean. Hotel staff seemed oblivious to any of this. Would never stay in this hotel again.
