The Space:
Modern 1,135 square-foot home in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to shopping centers and outdoor attractions. Enjoy a private backyard with a beautiful desert view, spacious kitchen and living room area, 2 cozy bedrooms/bathrooms, and a home office. Close to TSMC, medical treatment facilities, the Anthem community, and Anthem Outlets.

BEDROOMS: Primary #1: king-size bed with large windows for plenty of sunshine. Bedroom #2: queen-size bed. Bedroom #3 is converted into an office space with a desk, computer, and cozy sitting area for reading or relaxing.

BATHROOMS: Bathroom #1: located in the primary bedroom, includes double sinks and shower/tub. Bathroom #2: located between the second bedroom and home office, includes a single sink and shower/tub.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig/coffee pot, tea kettle, knife set, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, wooden table with 4 seats, sliding glass door leading to backyard and patio area.

PARKING: The garage can accommodate 2 economic cars or one SUV, with 2 more cars fitting on the driveway. Overnight street parking in the neighborhood is NOT permitted.

PETS POLICY: We love dogs: 2 dogs under 50lb welcomed!
