Expedia is so dramatic. I explained and resubmitted my review about 7 times now because apparently I'm not allowed to repeat words that were said to me when I was talking to their staff. Anyway. the point is this place is rock bottom. the staff is gross and and don't know what manners are or how to answer basic questions.

For starters I was informed I had to make a 20 dollar cash deposit upon checking in and the 20 dollars would be returned upon my checking out. Anyway I had to leave early in the morning, I went to the office to have the 20 dollars returned, but I couldn't get anyone to answer when I buzzed the office...I had to get to a conference, so I didn't get my dollars back. I would not recommend staying here, they aren't interested or straight up with customers. The room I stayed in was in the process of walls getting fixed where there were hold and it still needed painting. The shower was awful as the water shot all over the place. Anyway I won't stay in the place again. If Hotels.com is serious providing good motels/hotels for customers they need to check on some of these cheap places who are truthful in how they do business. If you or anyone can help me get my deposit back I would appreciate it!!

1. Poor customer service rude unprofessional and racist. 2. Requires a cash deposit supposedly outside of paying online. 3. Dirty, smelly, steaming hot room. takes over 2hrs for the room to get decent to sit in. 4. No fitted sheets on the bed barely coverage for mattress and the sheets had crumbs and stains. Wouldn’t was a dog in that tub . A horrible experience and room all together took the lost and left getting my full security deposit back.

I was disappointed with my stay. Despite checking in at 5 PM, two hours after regular check-in time, the room was still dusty and not properly cleaned. The microwave in the room didn’t work, which was inconvenient. I also communicated that I would be checking out early, and we agreed on where I would leave the key, which I did. However, I was later questioned about it and told I needed to leave a 5-star review in order to receive my deposit, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations.

The lady who assisted our check-in (the owner I presume) went above and beyond helpful when the tap to pay machine was malfunctioning. She tried for 20 solid minutes, was understanding about us not having cash
