Pool is heated along with the hot tub! NO extra charge to guest. Pool will be cooled in the summer months. You couldn’t pick a better oasis that is centrally-located in Peacock Village . 🦚 You will feel as though you have come to a private retreat perfect for honeymooners, couples, families or by yourself for a recharge! Close to P83 with tons of restaurants, shopping, the stadium and world class golfing! Place has a tropical vibe that won’t disappoint! Grass yard for Crochet or some Cornhole. Garage is not available. Has fenced RV pad. House is NOT eco-friendly for charging electric cars. Please you local charging stations nearby to charge them. This home has a very comfortable set up and Leah has paid great attention to amenity details that make the home have a resort touch. There was a welcome snack basket, sunscreen and after sun lotions, plenty of linens, very well stocked kitchen, even cold beverages in the fridge. The backyard and patio space were thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was refreshing with options for floaties and we enjoyed playing croquet. We did not use the hot tub as it was very warm the weekend we stayed. Leah was a great host and communicated well. We would stay in this home again.

This was our second stay at Diamond in the Desert. Both times our experience was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to lots of amenities. The house offers plenty of space, is beautifully decorated and very clean with attention to details. Leah is a great communicator and checked in via text a couple of times to make sure all was well. The house was beyond our expectations! The kitchen was very well equipped. House was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. This was perfect for my extended family to stay for my Moms birthday party in Sun City. Easy to communicate with host and everything was clean and as advertised. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we highly enjoyed the patio with the lighted view of the backyard and the sound of the fountain! Would definitely stay again!

Beyond Expectations!!

A group of 7 long-time friends stayed here and we cannot say enough about how this place was so perfect for us. Close to shopping and groceries plus the sightseeing we had planned. The backyard pool area was amazing. So completely perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
