This was our first visit to a Drury Inn and Suites. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel, as well as the convenience of the breakfast and light dinner buffets. Bartender Nancy learned it was our first Drury stay and told us history of this brand, and listed nearby locations for future stays. She told us many employees have been on board with Drury for years and that says a lot. We will be back.

Convenient but nothing fancy

Average hotel, great proce for the Phoenix market. Nothing fancy about the rooms. Beds are super soft and bouncy. Water pressure in the shower is to be desired without the ability to change different settings on the shower head. The food thats offered for breakfast and dinner is very basic. Popcorn in the evenings is convenient for the kids.

Complaint Regarding Bed Bug Issue in Room 429

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue I experienced during my stay in Room 429 on the night of April 25, 2025. I was bitten by bed bugs, resulting in multiple bites that are severely itchy and uncomfortable. Attached, you will find photos of the bites for your reference. This situation indicates a significant problem with pest control in your hotel, which has caused me considerable distress and compromised the quality of my stay. I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate measures to address the pest issue to prevent other guests from experiencing similar problems. The staff and management made the check in and whole stay really enjoyable . Loved the bar and kitchen.. Breakfast was great and the free cocktails and what was called heavy appetizers but more like a meal was an unexpected bonus. I will make Drury my number one choice from now on.

Everything was decent except for housekeeping coming at 8am opening the door to clean room while I was sleeping and husband was in shower! Don’t think I’ll be staying there again as they did nothing in regards to this.
