Great Hotel, Great Service

First time staying here and it was a great experience. They were very welcoming and helpful, free breakfast & Dinner, plus 3 complementary alcoholic drinks. Hotel room was clean. Will be staying at this hotel if any are offered close by when needed.

Overall it was ok. After we settled into the room the first night my wife went to take a bath and the tub was not cleaned. It was rather disgusting to say the least. Called the front desk and they didn’t have anyone onsite to clean and would not give us the cleaning supplies to clean ourselves. We provided our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub. They did offer to put us in a different room but by this time we had already settled in. I went down and talked to the front desk the next morning. They did comp the room for us the first night so that was a plus.

Safe, quiet, great amenities for family

Drury Inn is one of our go-to hotels when taking our daughters to GCU. Its in a great area and offers two free meals a day. It's right off the I17, but not noisy and close to a nice shopping district. We've always enjoyed the breakfast here, but this last trip, breakfast was exactly the same for 4 days, with limited selection. I'm hoping there was a shipping delay and this is not the new fare. Dinner was simple, but sufficient. Definitely a perk for a family of four trying to save some extra money. Housekeeping was daily without having to ask, which was unexpected as many other hotels are servicing rooms only every three days. Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Walked in and were immediately treated like royalty. Complementary dinner and drinks, amazing staff and beautiful huge SUITE!!!! First time at a Drury but definitely not the last!! Impressive!

This place was 10 stars! The room was big, cold, comfy, quiet and of course clean! They have a happy hour with drinks and an awesome selection of snack foods you can make a meal out of. Breakfast was great as well! But one person stood out above the rest, Angela! She is the breakfast attendant that keeps that place rockin and rollin! She hustles like no other! She kept up with the giant crowds of unawake and half-caffeinated hungry families! Angela zoomed all around cleaning and refilling and topping off food on the Buffett and all with a smile on her face! When we talked to her a few times she never even hinted any negativity. What a joy in the morning! Keep up the great job Angela!

Pleasant staff

The Drury is our go - to for Phoenix. We love the happy hour drinks and breakfast and dinner included. Our room was clean. The facility was clean inside and out. The wait staff at meals was friendly helpful and very pleasant.
