The older gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was great!! Lots of hot items to choose from (eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal) along with waffles and the pastry items, fruit, etc. I loved the huge windows in the room! The room was clean but when I moved the little table thing to pull out the couch bed there was a piece of food under it. Not a huge deal. Very nice pool area and just overall a very nice hotel!

Clean room, very nice staff. Although they do say that they have a heated pool and it didn’t feel heated whatsoever, but it was beautiful and we enjoyed it anyway!!!!

Staff were professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and evening snacks were a bonus! Hot tub temperature setting could have been higher. It was warm.

Great stay room was spacious, comfortable and great customer service. Only thing the refrigerator was not working to keep tnings cool. I called the front desk and the service guy came up to check it out. The hotel staff need to checkout the amenities to make sure everything works properly.

Last minute reservation because of the winter storm and a cancelled flight. Even last minute, the staff was super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable which was great after the long day in the airport.

Overall nice place. Clean room. Hot dishes for breakfast and dinner did not change much from day to day. Thermostat was a little complicated. On one cleaning, tissue paper was not restocked. None of this will keep us from coming back.
