We chose this hotel paying a little higher price specifically because of its really good ratings and seemed like it would offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and nicely laid out. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was good. But the staff were a little misleading and not too helpful. We had problems with our television and were woken up by it for a couple nights in a row before we finally realized it needed to be unplugged and replaced. Our sleep was disturbed several times because it would turn on by itself at 3am. We’d turn it off and it’d come back on several times before it would stop. That was frustrating. When we asked for help from the front desk initially we were curtly told that we’d have to wait until the hotel’s electrical staff came in. They sent someone in the morning of last day of our stay. We had somewhere to be when the repairman came in. He promised he would have the TV replaced that day. When we came back that evening hoping to be able to watch a little TV before sleeping we found our TV was on and repeating the same hotel commercial over and over and we could not turn it off. We finally just unplugged the TV and slept. We left early the next morning. We called the management when we returned home and they kindly offered us a generous discount for our stay.

Pics don't really show the full scale of the lobby - it's much bigger, with hydroponic veggie garden, comfy seating, We really enjoyed the environmental awarenesses that the building supported - building materials, water filter, lighting, etc.. I enjoyed a delicious fresh omellette, selection of fresh breads and breakfast treats, hot coffee and teas, juices and more.

Very courteous staff, clean and comfortable room. Love the little kitchen we were able to cook nice meals. The only issue, which wasn't huge, is they do allow dogs and we were woken up a couple mornings by barking. Not a huge issue it was a muffled bark and we needed to get up. Plus the dog was cute.

The hotel was great. Only small issue is we had three guests, needing the use of the sofa bed and the room had no extra linen/blankets. I called the Front Desk but there was no answer, my husband had to go down to ask and dealt with the front desk staff who had a bit of an attitude and was well aware that we had tried calling and didn’t answer the call. Other than that we really liked location, room set up was great.

Booked a double queen as i was staying with a girl friend on the trip and they gave us a single king. The first set of keys didnt work so we had to go get a second set. Waited for a second set because the guy wasnt at the front desk when we went down to get them and by the time we realized it was only one bed we were just too exhaused to switch rooms. It was just frustrating.

I alway enjoy staying here. The rooms are always nice and clean the lobby is beautiful and the breakfast is great! Staff is always friendly :)
