The facility is large and beautiful, but there are a number of problems: It was hard to reach my room from the front lobby. One of the two TVs in the room did not work. (not that two were needed!) The A/C would not shift from cool to heat. The heater fan in the bath was squeaking. There is a proper grab bar in the shower, but none outside by the toilet. On the other hand the staff were always courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

We enjoyed our two day stay, our room was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful and attentive to our needs, especially the breakfast staff! Each one greeted us with a smile. The matre d had a happy quip ready for us each morning. The free breakfast included a lovely omelet made to order. The Embassy Suites is one of our favorite places to stay while in the Valley.
