Each bedroom is complete with the finest linens and plush mattresses for your ultimate comfort. This home is newly remodeled and has new bathrooms and tile throughout. Equipped with free wifi and cable television in each room. The living room boasts a large 60” hdtv flat panel television and the master bedroom has a 50” flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals and new appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is an attached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fenced private yard, and a private patio for relaxing and barbequeing. The community pool is just around the corner and is open from April 1 to October 31st. All linens are provided, including pool towels. Kim was a great host. She was very welcoming before we arrived and incredibly responsive when we arrived and had a question about turning on the heat (!) in the house! Yes, it gets cold at night in the winter in the desert! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed/could have wanted. The kitchen was especially well-stocked. I wasn't expecting a coffee maker!! And everything was super clean!

The home is very inviting. Extremely clean, well decorated and comfortable. This was our 3rd time renting this home. We have also been in 2 other homes Kim Fletcher owns. Great property, great location

We stayed here for almost a week when we were in town for my cousin’s wedding. The property was tucked away off the main roads, yet still centrally located with great access to shops and restaurants.
