Hotel was okay. No working elevator so having to climb three flights of stairs with three small children was less than ideal. Also got charged for the deposit twice. Have not received refund yet and was told I’d receive it in 3-7 business days

I was very pleased at the quality of the property for the price point. It was nice to not have a tiny fridge as well. It also had the largest flat screen for a 2-3 star property. I can see why it was the highest rated lower cost property to the Mayo.

Homeless campers in the back parking lot made us uneasy that our car would be broken into. People in room next door had a knock down drag out fight with loud swearing and furniture crashing. Towels were so old they were not white anymore. No ventilation in bathroom. Had we known in advance.... there were other choices we would have made for our four night stay. Yikes!

Towel rack is broken and there is a mark on the wall from it sliding down the wall multiple times. The rack fell when I took a towel from the top. Dangerous. Comforter has stains. Toilet paper holder is so crooked it's actually funny. Baseboards and corners are dirty and stained with age. The room just looks worn and gross overall.

Good hotel. Pretty solid overall. They promote a free breakfast and it's basically a continental breakfast. Toast, coffee, Danishes, and yogurt. Other than the unclear promotion of breakfast it was a pretty decent place.

The elevator was broken and they put us on the 2nd floor. We couldn't get the door open wide enough to bring in a cooler because the bed was too close to the bed and the second room they put us in had a broken bed. I would like to get all my money back on this reservation.

Staff is amazing. Front desk very helpful. Housekeeping does a great job. They all deserve a raise. The omly reason this place sucks is because the business owners are greedy and skimp out on everything. The place is falling apart. Elevator did not work. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Cracks everywhere. Overpriced Not a good location. Food desert. Everything is super overpriced. You can get a much better place for the same price near the airport or in Tempe. Scottsdale people are stuck up and bigoted.

Evening front desk employee was rude, condescending & unfit for customer relations. Room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, elevators were not working, theres construction on site, shower ceiling was leaking had to change room. Overall, the worst place I've stayed in Scottsdale

The main reason for booking my stay at Revival Scottsdale Studios was (1) their location to a medical appointment I had the next morning, and (2) they had a vacant disabled equipped room available. Upon arrival I was informed that the elevator was shut down and not available and I would have to use the stairs because my room was on the second floor! I CANNOT use stairs! I asked if I could be changed to a room on the first floor? Yes, but they did not have a disabled room on the first floor. All their disabled rooms are on the second floor. WHAT?!*? I took the change to the first floor in a NON-Disabled room! The attending clerk was a woman and she was rude and uncaring, cold and distant. I did not appreciate that. AND, I had a lot of trouble trying to take a shower that evening! I was in the room about 30 minutes before the alarm went off! It was VERY, VERY loud and went on for a LONG time! We had to go outside because the sound was hurting our ears. Other guests were coming out of their rooms, as well, holding their hands over their ears. In about 15-20 minutes, it went off again! My husband went to the front desk to inquire about it. The same rude woman was there and she said it was posted that the alarm might go off. Yes, it was posted, but the notice said this would happen up to 4:00 PM. It was now 5:30 PM! “Well, she said, there was nothing she could do about it.” Really? Absolutely NO concern? I will NOT ever stay at crappy Revival Scottsdale Studios again!
