Welcome to your desert getaway! Enjoy an open, airy layout with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, stylish dining space, and bedrooms that feel like home. Step outside to a private backyard tailored for relaxation and family-friendly fun. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool and spa, relax by the fire pit or on the sun loungers, and fire up the barbecue for a delicious dinner. Located just 15 minutes from Arizona Athletic Grounds. Don't forget to play a round at Las Colinas Golf Club!

Our home welcomes you with a spacious and bright open concept floorplan upon arrival. The house features a master bedroom with a king bed, an attached bath with double sinks, and a custom glass shower. A spacious secondary bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed. And twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, great for kids or additional guests. There is also a game room separate from the living room. Enjoy the convenience of a 2-car garage and a private driveway!

Spa heating and app control is included with your stay.
Pool heating is an additional $50 per night. If you choose to have the pool heated, we only offer pool heat for the entire duration of your stay. Please message us for it to be heated and we will send you an invite. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees maximum.

Pool is serviced every Monday and Friday; they usually come in the morning.
Pest control is on the second Tuesday of every month; they usually come in the afternoon.
Please leave trash cans on the side yard; a professional trash service puts the cans out on Monday night and brings them back in on Tuesday evening.
There is no overnight street parking, there is a 2-car garage, and 2 additional cars can fit in the driveway.
Quiet hours 10pm-7am
No pets, no parties, no smoking.

The check in process was smooth and the house was just as it was pictured. The house was clean and the pool was in great shape. The app to control the hot tub didn't work. Overall a great stay and would choose this property again.
