Enjoy a well-appointed 3br, 2ba home, just a short walk away from Old Town Scottsdale close to the Giants stadium, galleries, shops and restaurants! Enjoy new porcelain flooring, all new appliances, countertops, new windows and blinds, leather furniture, tasteful decor, a fully-stocked kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, two comfortable Queen beds and one King bed, high quality linens, two full baths, an outdoor bbq, grassy backyard, fire pit, outside seating and dining area and covered carport on a quiet residential street. We are looking for a long-term tenant and are open to storing some of our furniture if necessesary. One small dog may be allowed with extra deposit. Inquire about rates directly with owner.

Loved our stay

From check in to check out Jayne was an incredible host. The house itself is very nice and very clean. The area seems safe in a nice neighborhood. Also seemed to be right in the middle of everything location wise.

Lovely property. Has everything you need for a long or short stay. Nice neighborhood with friendly people. Very easy check in. Totally updated. A real find in Old Town Scottsdale. Will certainly come again next time I’m in town.
