If you like golf or tennis, a spa day, shopping, amazing restaurants or watching spring training you found the right spot. The home is designed for both indoor and outdoor living. Tennis Courts and park are located in the gated community. Golf is minutes away. This is a custom luxury home.

The large resort backyard features a Heated swimming pool (pool is heated when outside temperature below 85 degrees) , jacuzzi, firepit, barbeque and lots of space to enjoy meals outside and wine by the fire.

The house is just 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 5 miles from ASU, 15 minutes from Scottsdale or downtown phx. Shopping, gourmet restaurants and golf .

The house is 2,800 square feet and has four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms available to sleep 8 in beds in comfort and luxury. The backyard is large and offers privacy. The kitchen is beautifully appointed and stocked with all small appliances, pots pans, plates etc. It will feel like you are at home! All you need to do is unpack and let the vacation begin!

There are two parking spots available on the driveway.

This home is amazing. It is beautifully appointed with all the amenities and special touches both inside and outside. The backyard is like a private oasis. It’s very relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed the kitchen and all the “foodie” items that made cooking pleasant and enjoyable. They thought of everything. It’s super comfortable throughout. Plenty of room to hang out plus private spaces and areas if quiet time needed. Additionally, proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, mall is so convenient. You barely need to get on a highway so traffic is avoided. I know we’d be back in a heartbeat. Very courteous and conscientious hosts. They take a personal interest in the well being and comfort of their guests. I’d call it ten stars!

Tempe Vacation

We had the best time! The house is perfect in every way - it is beautiful, it has everything you need and is in a great location. The hosts are unbelievably responsive and helpful. We rent a lot of houses all over and this was really the best experience we ever had. There were 5 adults and two kids - the layout of the house worked really well for our family. The kids, my daughter and son-in-law were downstairs, and we were upstairs. Lots of space for small groups gathering and the outside area is even nicer than the pictures show. We would go back there in a minute!

The best family vacation

Stayed at Maggie and Shawn’s beautiful house with siblings. Exactly as pictured and we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, deluxe backyard. Maggie was very attentive and responsive to any queries. The location was fantastic and we were within walking distance to many amenities. If I could give this property additional stars, I would. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. We were delighted with our stay. The property is spotless and perfect for family.

We stayed here during Spring Break and the property could not have been more perfect for out family. The house was spotless and beautiful and the outdoor space divine. Large area for family meals and relaxing nightine fireside chats. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The owners were accessible and thoughtful and even left refreshments and snacks for our arrival. The location is perfectly nestled in a quiet gated community in Tempe and convenient to everything. Stay here and you won't be disappointed!

We loved our stay in South Tempe!

We have rented houses all over the world, and Maggie is, by far, the best host we have encountered. We were greeted with chips, salsa and guacamole, some treats and wine - a really nice touch and very much appreciated after a long travel day. She was super responsive to all of our questions about the house or the surrounding area. The house is clean, updated, in great condition and is very nicely decorated and furnished. The mattresses are super comfy and the sheets and towels were of high quality. She also provided fun soaps shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen has everything you could need as well as napkins, coffee and spices. Easy TV streaming with Netflix and Hulu with local channels available on Hulu also. The backyard is the star - hot tub, pool, fire pit, BBQ, lots of seating and is just beautiful. The house is in a super safe gated community and we felt right at home for our two weeks. Loved the keypad on the door, it is really nice not having to keep track of a key during your stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us Maggie and Shawn!

Perfect getaway

We had a group of six, 4 from out of state and the 2 of us that live other side of the valley. We used the pool and hot tub every night, the fire pit was a perfect gathering place on the cool nights, we used the outdoor grill several times and the accommodations were comfortable and perfect for a group of six. Restaurant choices nearby were many and we played golf, went shopping and enjoyed the sights. Beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully. There were quite a few personal photos since we learned the owners lived here part time . And the owners were amazing…. Very prompt to respond, friendly and helpful with all our questions. The tv setup was a little tricky … no local news we could find … but plenty of show and movie choices( Hulu, etc). We would stay again and recommend it as one of our best stays!

Spectacular Home!

Spectacular! Communication was top notch for this Prestigious home within a gated community. Any questions that I had, the owners texted right back to me with an answer. Loved when we arrived and there was wine and chocolates waiting for us. Very classy. Comfortable beds, linens, towels and designer soap and shampoos in each bathroom. The saltwater pool was heated and the hot tub was nice and warm. Huge backyard with an enormous fire pit and gas grill. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality.

Wonderful for families

We had a wonderful time staying here with our three children! Beds were super comfortable, as well as towels and the house as a whole. The pool and hot tub were a hit! We really enjoyed this home and it was convenient to everything and more! We will definitely stay here again!

My family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was clean and well decorated. It was centrally located for all of our activities. The owners were amazing communicators and the amenities were entertaining for my family of 6 when we were not out and about. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay there again.

Maggie has thought of everything to make a family comfortable in their lovely home! Comfy beds, pool towels, abundant cookware etc.; even video instructions for tv remotes and fire pit operation! We loved this place for our Tempe stay.

Wonderful home and homeowners!

Our family of five adults had a wonderful experience at the Cunningham home in South Tempe. We were greated warmly, and provided wine to enjoy after our travel. The beds were comfortable and the linens lovely. We enjoyed everything the house and backyard oasis had to offer. The location is central to amenities and easily accessible by major traffic routes. We will definitely come back!
