There was rust around the drain of the tub, and particles from it filled the tub which was extremely slow draining. Doors going into the room hallways were separating I realize this is a budget hotel, but this property is not in the same league as other budget properties in the area. Greentree should be ashamed to allow this property to continue to disintegrate.

Wished I haven't booked here

The hotel is okay, service was good, people were nice, check in took a while as there was only one person at the front desk. She was nice and welcoming. It was obvious that the place is old, pictures on the website are definitely misleading where everything looks brand new and perfect. The ceiling had marks, seems like leaks and bathroom shower tiles had molds that were covered up by caulking, the doors were very sticky got my kids locked inside a few times, the coffee in the rooms were terrible, the bed was hard, TV was tiny, the pool was freezing, the spa was murky, the breakfast eggs were overcooked while potatoes were hard and under, there was only one elevator up and down, doors close immediately, are just a few things that made me regret booking this hotel. It's okay for a place to sleep and shower I guess but not to comfortably enjoy the stay. Definitely would help if management renovates and upgrades this place make it look the same as pictures online.

Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was tight and littered with trash and broken bottle(s). The bar section appeared permanently closed and the pool table was not operating. The swimming pool appeared clean and private for customers. Hotel is convenient and just off the freeway. I would consider this hotel as satisfactory for an overnight stay.

Hotel was nice ac unit sounded like a 18wheeler turbo was about to blow up every time it came on. I figured we would have the cleaning people come out fresh towels and bedding on but you have to ask for it we had to go get our own towels and toilet paper and take out our own trash. If you like hearing street races and was the homeless drug addicts walk around like zombies you can find them here. We did go out in the balcony one evening and seen a homeless prostitute walking back to her tent in the rock field. All the gas stations and stores around we felt we where going to get bum rushed by all the homeless

This property was not in a great area. There were homeless people around and stray cats. The workout room was very small and had little equipment. The vent didn’t turn on in the bathroom and there was mold on the ceiling. The rooms were spacious with a nice balcony. The continental breakfast was good

Very old property that needs some serious updating. We didn’t even shower as the curtain looked like it had never been replaced. Broken tiles in the shower. Gum on the carpet. The only redeeming quality was that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Good Enough... Barely

It's a decent hotel, and you can tell they are working to upgrade. Still feels "tired" in some areas, and not everything about the property leaves you with warm fuzzies. Could be great someday, but for now, it was just fine.
