Overall, our stay was good, the only thing that I’d say was a little unfortunate was that we checked in at 4pm and check in is at 3 pm….. we were told our room was not ready, the room that we booked was a room with two queens, I know I settled for a room with just a king, but when you book a room and expect it to be ready and it’s not, I think that’s a damper to start off a trip. Other then that hotel is nice, safe, a lot of stuff around.

I would highly recommend staying at this property! Jordan was phenomenal at exceeding our expectations. The other members of the staff were also very helpful and made an our stay at this resort! We look forward to staying at this hotel again.

The hotel is in very close proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment which was great. The breakfast buffet was convenient, the food was a 6/10. I will say everything was hot & fresh. Staff refilled items right away and were friendly. The room was very spacious which was very nice for our family of 5 with small children. The walls and floors are a bit thin, we could hear noise above us and in the hallways. Overall we had a comfortable stay and felt safe in the area.
