Our family enjoyed the dog friendly atmosphere and it was our dogs first time riding an elevator. Luckily, no issues ever with the elevator - a smooth ride all the way to the 4th floor. Normally we don't ride that many times but with dogs its another story. Everyone was understanding - staff... and guests. Thank you.

The first two nights we stayed, our room was on the noisy side of the property (a freeway is adjacent to the property). After mentioning this to the manager, he moved us to the quieter side of the property on our return stay. It was much better! The complimentary breakfast was good with several options each day. We asked for dinner recommendations and were given several in the area. The one we chose was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!
