The rooms were perfect but the staff was nothing less than amazing. We were 15 to 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do and the staff was very knowledgeable about the area. What we underestimated was Lon's (the on site resturant). We could had enjoy 3 meals a day!! We had a late flight and they let us use the grounds till it was time to head to the airport. A first class experience all round!!

The staff was plentiful and attentive! The areas lacking attention were cleanliness of the room (rug) and the bar. The cold water in 132 did not work and the furnishings were run down and dusty in the bar area.

This is a quality operation. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are as expected, the in-room breakfast service was prompt, and the food was beautifully presented and warm. We didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant but would expect to next trip. If I were to be critical, it would be great to have a little more lighting to determine that casita we were in as we arrived late and it was a bit difficult the first time. We will definitely return!

Hermosa Inn was wonderful!

Jennifer was amazing. She was at that time the restaurant manager. A couple of glitches happened during our first evening at the restaurant but Jennifer made everything right and went out of her way to make us feel special and cared for. Above and beyond really. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.
