We reserved a room with two beds and were given a suite with one bed and a fold out sofa bed. The clerk at check-in claimed Expedia does this all the time, but I've never had such a problem before. The mattress was nearly as has hard as the floor. The sofa bed was impossible, but pulling its mattress off on to the floor gave a bed that wasn't bad. The shower leaked water onto the floor. The shower door was a pill to move. The toilet was leaking and would refill itself now and then. WiFi was only available to certain "members." This was the first Hilton I've stayed at in about 15 years. Never again.

The lobby was nice. The room was large but had terrible lighting. Bathroom was dirty. The floors in the bathroom had tile base and it was covered in a visible layer of dust and hair. The bed was uncomfortable and you could hear springs popping. The pillows were great and the reception and checkin were fantastic. Very friendly and efficient.

I called on the 24th to request a room next to my family. The lady was very difficult and gave me a hassle before finally agreeing. My maid left my room unlocked all day and put my pajamas on a lit lamp. I was waiting to get help when the front desk person decided another couple would be helped before me, even though I had been standing there already for a bit. My bill was not correct, I was over charged.
