I paid ahead of time so I didn’t have to go thru the whole process just had to pick up my keys well got to hotel and they had already checked another person into my reservation and said that I did not have anything in the system under my name after 30 mins of arguing with them they finally admitted that one of their staff members messed up and checked someone else with a similar name by totally different address into my room so they ended up making it right and giving me a room but did not offer to give me a refund or any kind of discount to the $1,100 I had already paid on to of that the A/C was so loud could hardly sleep for the week and kids running every where making so much noise due to a soccer tournament bring in town they did nothing to control them. It is sad because we stay at this same hotel every trip we have to make to the Mayo Clinic for my wife and to be treated the way I was is crazy.
