The front desk didn’t mention breakfast availability. Front desk wasn’t welcoming nor expressed gratitude. Upon check out, front desk was not attentive and wasn’t willing to provide a receipt bring that we booked through a 3rd party. I’ve stayed at other hotels and always got a receipt regardless of booking method.
