Sergio was so nice checking me in, the room was incredible, although the tv remote in the bedroom did not work. I didn't want to bother anyone about it.But I did mention it at the front desk when I checked out.

Rooms were spacious and clean, though a little outdated. There was one member of the staff who made check in a little difficult, but we didn't have any other issues. The scenic area in the center of the hotel is a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Staff was all friendly and courteous. Grounds were clean. I wish the bar in the lobby was operational and the espresso machine was out of order. Airport shuttle is a plus !!

Not supporting. I asked for a handicapped room. When I got there, I didn’t get one. The manager AUGUED and had an attitude problem with me and said they didn’t have one. She Blamed plumbing problems and changed rooms unknown to me. She could not change rooms because they were all booked up. Never staying there again and I’m letting people know.
