The beds are absolutely awful. Rock hard. We had a herd of Elephants in the room above us. It sounded like they were rearranging furniture the entire trip, and the front desk employee couldn't have cared less when we informed her. For $700 for two nights, we wont stay here again.

No room clean up provided even though check in counter told us we were scheduled for 1 on Saturday - never happened. New hotel but already heavy wear noticed especially in the elevators. Room carpeting seemed beat already - the morning breakfast was nice in the lobby and a plus for us.Staff was nice and attentive.

Bed was so comfortable and very clean room. I don't like open closets, and the couch was not comfortable at all. The staff were awesome and great breakfast selection but would like to see more Keto friendly items.

Spacious and comfortable

We were comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was a 1 bedroom so having a separate room and TV was awesome and priced very well. Some hair in the shower was unpleasant but that comes down to the individual who didn't care. Kitchenette is microwave only for cooking but fridge was ample. Decent breakfast and hours were reasonable. Pool was warm enough to use in December.

Long walk

The only thing we didn't love was the single elevator in the whole place and it was at 1 end of the hotel, so if you where on the 5th floor and on the opposite end as the elevator it made for a very very long walk every time you left your room.

Amelia was amazing, staff was great. Not walkable but likely to get better. A lot of traffic noise. Cleanliness good but little details grungy like top of drawer handles, faucets, corners.
