The staff was very mid… could have been more hospitable. The noise levels were ridiculous… the hotel is right next to an airport and they run 24/7. Our room was on the back side of the house keeping closet. We came in late and needed rest! It was so hard to sleep and I can literally sleep through mostly anything.

Check in is at 3:00pm Room was not ready until 3:45pm Room ready with dishwasher running. Didn’t receive Hilton gold member perk at reception (waters, rice krispy, cheese it’s) had to ask for it on second day. No one was taking accountability, the answer I received from management “ we had a late checkout for your room, as they were gold members” I am a gold member at Hilton. This is our second stay and third room booked at this hotel. It’s a 200 sqft room, not hard to clean in an hour, dishes should have been hand washed. Or simply give us another room that is ready.

Love this hotel. It's a favorite when we visit Phoenix. This is our third stay in 3 years. Hotel still looks brand new. Love the cleanliness, the communication, and the views. Highly recommend!

Rooms were not ready at 3:00pm check in. We had to wait until 5:00pm until they were ready. We specifically booked at this hotel for this reason. It made us late for a wedding rehearsal. They said sorry, we are just busy, you'll have to wait. I guess allowing people to check out late became our problem, instead of insisting they must check out on time so rooms can be cleaned on time.
