Super spacious suite with separate sitting/dining/cooking area and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. SO much room and walking distance to an amazing outdoor shopping mall with great dining options. Will definitely remember this place the next time we are in town for a sports tournament.

The window in our bedroom was broken and wouldn’t shut, which was very uncomfortable. Our room was supposed to be serviced on the second day of our stay, but it wasn’t. When we asked the front desk, they claimed we had the Do Not Disturb sign out, even though we removed it at 12:30 pm. The staff member said she would make a note for the room to be cleaned the following day. We made sure not to put the sign out at all the next day, yet the room was still not cleaned. Overall, this was very disappointing.

room was non smoking but had a very strong smoke odor. breakfast was okay, but staff serving breakfast was not very kind to guest. the voice tone and how they dont want condiments or serving moved from left to right.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The suite is well suited for families or working from the room. The location is great since it’s near the freeways and the Tempe marketplace shops. I will stay again when visiting PHX on the future.

Hotel is starting to show some age and needs some remodeling work and a deep cleaning. However, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. One elevator was broken. Had to walk to other side of building to use the other then all the way back to other side when we reached our floor. Not much fun with all the luggage. Area was nice close to Tempe marketplace.
