Staff was helpful and always available. It's a clean, basic option if you can't stay downtown Tempe with the convenient bus route #30 to get you downtown in minutes. However, we were in town for an event so the hotel substantially overcharged us for what it was worth. Hotel has laundry service, which we needed, but did not have a coin machine for quarters, which was frustrating.

There was a new mini-fridge in my room and for some reason they decided to leave the old one in the room as well sitting off to the side. The bath towels still had a damp feel to them, I sure sure hope it's because they just didn't dry them all the way. And the apple at the the breakfast counter was completely brown and mushy when I bit into it. I did better at my roadside motel the next night.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom is nice and clean but no counter space and no shelves or storage. Always a mess with our stuff everywhere. Breakfast was pretty meager and not very well stocked. Thin walls and could hear everyone walking past the room when they passed or spent time in the halls.
