Everyone was very nice and we could walk to everything we needed. The self parking at the parking garage was a little hard to figure out. The QR code didn't scan but the attendant was able to help. Your general manager Danielle Klus took our picture and emailed it to us because my phone was overheated. She was so nice!!! We will stay with you again!

I thought for the amount of money I paid there was no perks, no pool, walking outside there was a lot of homeless people which made you feel unsafe. Also there were water bottles in my room which I thought were free but when I checked out I had to pay for them

Staff was so friendly and helpful. They honored all my requests (I was allowed an early check-in and they put me on the top floor). Everyone was so polite and made me feel very welcome.

The room was nice and all the issue was that the bedding, pillows and towels had a bad smell. Especially everything on the bed smelled like sweat or something like that. I had to place a shirt over the pillow in order to tolerate laying on it. Didn’t even use the covers because they were also smelly. I didn’t say anything because when I noticed it was late (went to a concert). I’ve stayed at two other Hyatts in the phoenix area and this was by far the worst. Honestly would not stay here again. Staff was friendly, but that’s about it.

Good experience great location you have access to different restaurants. Only thing they lacked in was explaining the self parking better we had to ask other ppl about the parking where it was and how it worked, a waitress at a restaurant was able to explain to us how it worked. Seemed like if you didn’t want the valet you’re on ur own to figure out the self parking
