Overnight Family Trip

The room was spotless, as always! The front desk and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay! Love the convenience of the location, as we can walk to the various locations that brought us to Phoenix.

One night stay

I had a smooth check in process. I checked in and left my car with valet. I got to the hotel after 10 pm and the restaurant had stopped serving food already. No issues getting my DoorDash delivered though. My room was relaxing and perfect for my stay. I appreciate the staff giving me a breakfast recommendation. The hotel is in a great location and I felt safe. My issue was with the thermostat though. I left it at 70 but it felt warmer and I didn’t get great sleep. Valet also took over 20 minutes to get my car when I was ready to leave.

Great game stay!

The Hyatt Place was great - walkable downtown location, great value! Room was clean and the staff friendly. Was in town for a PHX Mercury game and felt safe walking to and from the game alone. Valet was a little slow.
