Backyard is the best part
This is not a bad place to stay, and the host was very responsive and communicative but there are a couple of things. First of all, this house is divided into 3 units and the driveway is shared between all of them, basically making it a gamble of who gets to use it. The other 2 occupants park on the street. This is a fairly rough neighborhood, but we didn’t have any problems. We stayed in Unit B, which would be fine for 2 people but is pretty crowded for 3. The pullout bed is hard as a brick and we ended up buying a blanket for my son so he had one under him and one over him. Beyond toast and coffee, it would be difficult to do much cooking. The backyard is also a shared space so you could have the other occupants back there with you. We didn’t and we really enjoyed that space. It’s nice and private. You’re going to have planes flying over constantly because you’re right in the flight path, but it didn’t bother us. Check in was easy and all of our codes worked great. In my opinion, someone should pay extra and have the driveway allocated to them and I think Unit B is more of a 2-person stay than a 3-person, but we made it work. We were down there for a college visit for my son, and we weren’t at the house much during the day.

Was so surprised at all the utensils and stuff in this 1 bedroom. Such a great little place. Anytime I come back will book same place. Great little porch to sit on even in 116 degree weather. Backyard is very nice. Bed extremely comfortable. No need to bring bathroom stuff they had everything there for you. Was nice because TSA Took mine on way there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
