The window outside of our room looks like it’s been pried off. The area is horrible. The room has a tv with no remote, a toilet that’s you have to hold down to flush, and it smells.

The property was dirty with bugs crawling in the room. Tv did not work! Water did not work! This property was filthy dirty! If we had not arrived at midnight due to a cancelled and rebooked flight we would have refused to stay there!

Staff was not helpful at all and unprofessional- place was not clean stairwell smelled like constant urine. The room has a smoke smell to it, the bathroom door was hard to close and once closed it was hard to open. Not all lights in the room were usable, the bathroom sink would be constantly leaking when using it. I had to constantly keep going down to the lobby to get my room key activated due them being constantly deactivated, I asked for new ones and was just given the same keys and told they should work now. I’ve stayed at la quintas hotels better and this by far was been the worst experience.

Slummy Hotel Room for the Orice
Room was not clean. Bathtub was filthy. No trash can. Bathroom door did not close all the way. No coffee pot even though it was said on website one was in the room. Lots of construction going on so very noisy.
