Second time i went to this hotel and tv remotes dont work or tv doesnt work at all. Kind of disappointed because the staff is great but certain things makes it a bad stay.

Meet my needs with cleanliness, lots of food restaurants near by and children had a blast at pool. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Easy access to the area and several restaurants within easy walking distance. The property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Pool and whirlpool were great. That being said there were a few disappointments- breakfast was minimal and the same every day. The property is showing its age. We had an issue with water backing up in our sink when we first arrived, but were given a different room immediately. — For the price it was a great value and we would go back.

Everything was kept clean, even though the weather was not warm enough for the pool, it was kept up very clean. The breakfast was the same everyday, but at least you could vary your selection a little, and didn't have to make extra stops first thing to get coffee or something to tide you over.

Hotel room from first day had a sewer smell and we tried to get a room but first 2 nights they said they couldnt move us and they never came to check smell . Finally on 3rd night and lot of complaining we got new room . Rooms along freeway all you hear is the freeway 24 hours a day

Good place to stay for few days. Beds are too small and the place needs some care and updates. Breakfast was not that great. Eggs were super cold. Overall not that bad, but it could be better.

I love that this property allows dogs. And it is clean and not noisy with barking or running up and down hallways. They have ice machines on each floor and elevators on both ends of the hallway so it is very convenient in and out of your room. The only suggestion I can make is to have some breakfast items that are Gluten-free.

Heater/AC

Our heater/AC made a horrible noise when it turned on. Lived with for 2 of 3 nights. Reported it to front desk and it was fixed that day. Peaceful night’s sleep on our 3rd night and final night.
