Great Customer service!

The place was clean and comfortable, the employees were quite helpful. Needed to see a doctor for an ear infection in the middle of the night, and the employee at the front desk sent us to the quietest ER with excellent professionals! I didn’t feel like I had to worry about being sick the remainder of our vacation due to exposure in an ER! The a/c in the room was a little loud when it turned on and off. Wood me up a couple of times, but we all got used to it. There was an issue with the shower leaking in to the room, not sure if there was a crack in the tile, or a problem with the pipes. They were quick to help repair the problem. I’m sure they would have moved us, but the problem was discovered after we already had kids in bed and asleep for the night. Overall positive experience!

We checked out a day early due to black mold found under the sink. Plus the room was very dirty especially the walls and under the bed where we found a baby binky and tons of dirt and dust. Very disgusting.

I the curtains were ripped so classless. Please replace. I know the hotel is old and u are trying. The bedding was stained and the beds are sinking in the middle. Very noticeable. Not many options for breakfast. The decorations are great in the rooms. I loved that.

I liked that this hotel was close to a lot of places to eat where we could just walk too. My only complain is the sink in the bathroom did not drain very quickly.

It was an unplesant stay i found a roach in my room also i had advise to have my room serviced and the next day we came back from an exhausting day and room was not cleaned when i asked they did not have me in their cleaning schedule even tho i had requested it upon checkin

No quarters available at hotel for laundry

Our stay was 5 days. Needed to do laundry, but the hotel did not keep cash (quarters) on hand for the guests. Each machine required $2.75 in quarters (not card enabled). We had to find a bank to get the quarters. Not an easy process for out of towners not familiar with the area. I told the front desk to tell the manager this is not acceptable if they offer laundry facilities for the guests. All they offered were excuses.
