Read the " - " below Pros: Clean restroom, beds, pillowcases. Bedroom is updated with some cool features; such as motion activated Thermometer, "Smart TV", and restroom mirror is a light. Cons: Room that I was in had three Lamps with a plug-in for chargers that did not work sometimes and a leaky faucet in the bathtub. - Employees are friendly and welcoming when I arrived and throughout my stay. - Complimentary breakfast was great. - Location is near HonorHealth hospital for Families that need a place to stay. Overall, I would stay again.

FLEAS in my room, ate me alive!!!. Room was supposed to be cleaned every 3 days. I asked 3 times for my room to be vacuumed and sprayed, i was being eaten alive by FLEAS, I also told them it was day 4 my room was not CLEANED-the clerk was too interested in the basketball game to help me. he has the nerve to say "you still want your room cleaned at this point"?, no new linen, no towels, limit toilet paper, kleenex is out. Day 5 down again, the look on the clerks face when i told him my room has never been cleaned, Im down everyday for towels. i asked for sheets, i'd change them myself but never got them. the same breakfast everyday. i filed a complaint online. Asked for my money back, i got hey we're sorry- im mean God forbid you acknowledge what i said , give me points ill never use!!!!! Since they wont refund my money, ill be posting the pictures of my FLEA bites all over my legs, the linen piled up and unmade bed for 5 of my 7 days. yea they cleaned the room day 6-why bother.

The comforter had red and brown large stains all over it. We told the front desk and asked for a replacement comforter. The replacement had a ton of large stains too. The front desk didn't seem concerned. We were so grossed out we bought sleeping bags to put on top of the bed so we didn't have to touch the bed. This made us distrust how clean the rest of the room was and we couldn't sleep. The shower was an old bath tub

Great Except For Entering Building Using Room Key!

Everything was great except that the room key entry slots necessary to enter the building usually had to be scanned several times before they actually worked. They should fix this.
