Need Better Cleaning

Problem checking in- assigned room being cleaned at 5:00 pm+ when the check in time 3:00 pm. Top of both bed headboards were not clean causing watery eyes and affected allergy conditions. Hairs on vanity top in bathroom. Debris behind the dresser.

Nice room, bigger than many. Quiet except for conversations from room next door because of connecting door between rooms. Busy breakfast space and time since it opens later than some (7 am on a Saturday). Would stay there again.

This is a well maintained property. Having no knowledge of its history, I would guess it is just a few years old. Staff was top notch, room was clean and comfortable.

It was excellent. I took a family vacation out there at that hotel and the people were friendly it was extremely clean and I loved that it had so many options for their Continental breakfast that was included. Also there was restaurants and stores nearby

I will definitely stay here again ! Everything you need is around the hotel from transportation to Different Restaurants! Breakfast was also great to start your day! I will recommend anyone to stay here plus the rooms were well maintained slept good every night !

Properties need more night staff

The remote to our room was not programmed to our TV when we checked in. We were unable to turn it down, turn it off, change the channel, etc.. We awoke in the middle of the night with the volume up much louder than when had fallen asleep. I went to the front desk (hearing our TV down the hall), but all he could do was suggest we unplug the TV. There were 7 cords plugged into the outlet behind the dresser. We ended up just starting our day at 3 in the morning. Not a great first night. We got it corrected for the 2nd night.

Will not be back!

I would not stay at this hotel again. I am unsure why it has high ratings. The key cards would not work and we had to get new keys daily. The tv did not work when we checked in and had to be reset which so glad that fixed it. The phone in the room was broken along with several outlets and the bath tub barely drained. The location is ideal for Scottsdale, but beyond that this is not a nice hotel. It’s one of the worst I have stayed in.
