Won't be back. Room was loud as it's on the corner of 2 major roads. Killed 3 small roaches in the room. Pillows were flat and pointless. un-explained spots on the head board. "Clean" towel had dark spots on it. Could hear conversations from adjoining rooms, little to no sound proofing.

Roaches no bath towel and a leak from above room and no mantince in building at time to assist any of the other activity with this unit in case of a problem with the inside of your unit and I have a good feeling that this will be an issue for my payment to be reimbursed for the ridiculous price of the room for a dump

The roaches and shoe string holding the shower head together were a nice touch. Smelled like smoke and pot. The swimming "pool" is about as big as hot tub. The blanket was a thin as a sheet.

There was no receptionist to help us register it took the security one hour to get someone to help is. Megan was really nice and helpful but there was nothing she could do. Never again will I book there again, plus you guys charged us $35 dollar more, that's a total rip off!

Very bad experience. Room was dirty and bugs on the floor, holes on the wall and to top it off toilet didnt work. I wouldnt recommend it to no one. Hallway smelled like pot as well.

The room was spacious and cozy on first appearance however, the windows were very thin and my room faced the main road and I heard every car that went by like they were driving through my room. The light over the vanity was on a motion sensor and every time I rolled over in bed the lights came on. Rooms were in terrible condition with a cracked tub, food/debris in air conditioning vents, stained furniture, many cracked, broken, & chipped items in rooms. Couldn’t sleep and didn’t use sinks or showers. Waited for staff to arrive so that we could check out after sending pictures with complaints and now fighting for refund for the charge for the time we did not stay there. Would not recommend. We were very uncomfortable there!

Hotels.com needs to provide a refund and should remove this place from their site!
