Vince was very responsive whenever I contacted him before, during, and after our stay. The HVAC remote wasn't working and maintenance was at the door with batteries in a very timely manner. This property is not as advertised Hot Tub green water cold bathroom had mold and peeling paint. Flooring coming up. No rugs. Wall paint dirty. Gym missing most free weights and dirty. Mini split spit out dirt. This place was a joke for the cost. Moved out the next day which disrupted our plans. Owner kept telling us they will check with housekeepers??? What do they have to do with anything?? Asked for our money back still no answers! Don’t stay here!

Small but very clean and efficient and in a great location. Love the large outdoor patio area which is also kept very clean. Pool is very close and easily accessible. Within easy walking distance to Old Town. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Scottsdale.

The property has plenty of outdoor seating right and a hot tub outside your front door. We did not get to take advantage of the pool next door due to weather but it looked nice! The room is small but cute and perfect for 1-2 people. Host was great at communication. We had a great stay!

Easy Scottsdale weekend

Communication with the host was absolutely great. The studio was perfect for two people and a medium sized dog. All the essentials. Nice shared outdoor space. Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and grocery. Just a quick drive from Oldtown. Only negative was the parking situation, make sure to lock your vehicle! Overall, good experience.
