Those beds were the worst beds I have ever paid to sleep on. Things I could have overlooked if the bed was comfortable: ➡️The lack of communication leading up to check-in. I initially had a late flight in on Monday night which would have gotten me downtown around midnight. I was so concerned that I didn't know how to get into the unit by Monday afternoon that I changed my flight to arrive on Tuesday morning. This means I actually paid you guys for an entire day that I didn't get to use. ➡️ The check in instructions did not include the assigned parking space and it took until Tuesday night to get that information. ➡️ The check-in instructions did not include the wifi info. Luckily the host was pretty responsive on Tuesday night and I got that information when I returned to the unit after work. But seriously, just print it on a card and leave it in the unit. ➡️ The garage door opener did not work properly. I was initially stuck outside (and then inside) pressing the heck out of the button until it would open. On Tuesday the host advised me to go to the office and have them replace it. So, you're welcome for fixing your fob. ➡️ Yesterday I asked for a noon check-out and did not receive an answer. I figured since you guys got an entire extra day out me, maybe there could be some flexibility. But no response, so I'm out. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT SLEEP. The bed was equivalent to a double cot.

Hot mess

The apartment itself was really nice but we had an issue with the water being extremely hot (like burn your skin hot). Couldn’t even take a shower (had to put water in the tub and let it cool over night in order to wash up). Checked every sink to make sure it wasn’t just happening in the bathroom and even the toilet water in the tank was hot. Called and was told maintenance is looking into it. Called again the next day and was told that the issue is resolved and no one else in the building is having this issue. I was a little upset because it sounded like “they” (whoever I talked to) didn’t believe me. It was a concert weekend so there were no other places to move to for a decent price considering I had already prepaid for this place.

Overall this was a very nice place to stay. The directions for getting in were a little confusing and I wasn’t given the parking space information. I did get assistance right away, though. However, the biggest disappointment was the couch. It was small and super uncomfortable. A better couch would have made all the difference.

The apartment was lacking in basic essentials like boxes of tissue and dish towels. None of the outlets in the bathrooms functioned, and the water in one shower never got hot. The hot water handle in one tub could not be turned on at all. Some of the lamps didn't work or were missing switches and there were no lamps or outlets for lamps that might allow guests to read in bed. Finally, please get rid of fake cardboard books and pick up some cheap used REAL books for the coffee table.

Happy to reserve again for next year

The things that I noticed that were amisd, were communicated by a text and were fixed by maintenance two days later. I also noticed that the TV is falling off the wall so it is something that the owner has to take care of . The Nest system was very bad . We moved the temperature to our comfort level and it would adjust on its own to way too cold (60°)as a result our comfort in temperature was not good. The apartment also lacked kitchen towels , had a half used paper towel roll only, and did not have any pool towels I would suggest that at least the paper towels and dish towels be made available to guests in the future.

You have to try this place !

Amazing location- with instructions provided, it was very easy to get the keys, access the garage and get into our room- Really appreciated the secured parking- and truly enjoyed a well supplied kitchen (food not included)

Great place for a downtown stay

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and amenities like the pool and hot tub during our stay. We went to a baseball game and the location made it easy to walk to the stadium. Parking was also included and we felt very safe in the building
