We were in room 208, and let me tell you, it was horrible.. The traffic, bc it was a corner room, everyone felt the need to stand in front of the door and talk and it was all day and all night... Other than that, room was clean, staff was pleasant

Hello, I had booked here and she asked if I wanted a smoke free room. I said yes , I don’t smoke cigarettes. I get a room and it’s reeking of cigarettes 10x. I go back down and talk to her, I asked for an exchange. I got told no. The smell was so terrible, I ended up leaving earlier. Unfortunately.
