It's about what you would expect for the price. Clean enough, lots of yelling and doors slamming throughout the night. Plenty of hooker's and shady dudes around. For a guy who needs to get off the road for the night it's fine. Definitely not a place you bring the family.

Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. If there was an issue they quickly resolved it. On a scale from 1 to 10. They are a 9. Housekeeping was on point and room were clean. I want to thank them for their time and service. Really appreciate it.

This hotel is a dump and THEY DISABLE THE AIR CONDITIONING in the “winter months” which is a ridiculous thing for a motel in Phoenix to do. It was 80 degrees the weekend we stayed there, which meant our room was HOT and miserable the entire time. When I complained, they gave me a very small fan that obviously did nothing to help bring the temp down. The entire property smells like pee and cigarettes. There was always somebody yelling or fighting in the parking lot. I’ve truly never stayed anywhere this trashy. Would never ever stay here again. (And I’m not a picky traveler! I almost always choose whatever is cheapest and have never had any problems.) Zero stars.

Staff is always nice. The ac is nice and works great. But they could change them out a we can have heat whenever we need it. Instead of waiting for the outside temp to drop below 65. And they could put fridge and microwave in every room.

Ac worked but turned it off after i got in cause it was chilly outside. Bath/Shower was backwards so it took a min to figure out to turn to the cold side for hot water but otherwise it was a good stay.
