stayed at this location for 2 nights and wanted to give you an update on my experience. The following items we found that need attention with the help of your staff.
1. holes in the wall above the bed .
2. the wall cord to the room phone was missing.
3. the toilet leans forward and does not have any nuts holding the whole toilet down.
4. fridge light comes on but does not get cold or cool at all. and was unplugged when we entered the room.
5. the microwave only works when plugged into an outlet that is on the same side as the bed and not in a very good spot to prepare food. the outlets on the cabinet wall do not work other than the one outlet right next to the fridge and only one out of the 2 work.
6. the rback to the remote was missing and the batteries had been removed and not replaced.
7. Lastly, I found a used foil that had some type of black tar in it right between the fridge and cabinets. I am highly allergic to any type of drugs and could have gotten very sick and i didn't wear gloves to pick it up it would have closed my throat.
I really believe this property deserves more attention than your staff can handle at the moment. I do appreciate all they do and deserve additional help here at this location.
