Unsafe area, save your money!

Very shady area, I tried to save money on a hotel and regretted it. Not safe for a solo traveler at all, I ended up just leaving for the airport in an uber at 2am because I felt unsafe staying at this place. I’m sure it’s in no way the staffs fault, but I would not recommend.

What the crack shack is going on here?

On our way home from Phoenix to San Diego, we stopped here for my team to take showers after a long day of work. We had a long drive ahead so we wanted to at least clean up. The room had burns everywhere and 1 towel. When we asked for a couple more so we all could take turns for a shower, they said they couldn’t give us extra towels. Yet they said they have a “heated pool” trash property as expected. I’m only taking the time to write this cuz hotels. Com asked me to

The staff was good. Ruby took the time to explain everything. The ice maker was broken, the location is not the best. The train track is right next to the hotel and planes flying in because it was right next to the airport. The room was clean and the pool looked like it was well taken care of. The GFI by the sink did not work and the WIFI was down. No dining near by.

Unfortunately you pay for the company that you keep...., the hotel was in a very poor maintenence condition, burned blankets, no wi fi, very loud guests, very bad neighborhood, not very safe to walk at night. Never again!

The picture is very misleading. There is only a sandwich shop open until 2 pm. A filthy McDonald's a walk way, although the area is not safe to walk at night or alone. There are no places to buy food, but it's a short walk to the Metro, which will take you to other areas to find food( as long as you know the area. It's best to eat at the airport before starting your journey or get an Uber to a restaurant. The evening receptionist didn't know anything about the local area or where the metro went. Cons: NO working WiFi on both visits (The first night, the TV was broken.) Pros: it's only 2 stops from the airport, the room was clean and well kept, and the morning receptionist was nice and helpful.

I honestly don't want to sleep in the bed, there's cigarette burns in the blanket and I feel like the sheets are probably not cleaned. It doesn't looked like anything has been wiped down or cleaned. Ice machine doesn't work. Check in was so so, the girl came out and checked me in. I'm not a fan of fingers nails being tapped while waiting but that's just me. Area is sketchy at best. I feel like this is probably a place where hookers and drugs are run through. Next time I will not be so cheap, it's better to pay a bit more for cleanliness. Do not recommend at all. Pay a little more for something clean.

There’s a train that goes by and honk their horn very often. Our TV was purple so we couldn’t watch anything on the screen and one side of my bed was like broken or something. It literally had to try and get in the middle of the bed so you wouldn’t throw off not a good stay.
