What a s#/+ show!!

My check in was by an attendent that clearly didn't cair what customer service means. Just not nice at all. Then was told I'd have to pay for on site parking. Second night there was a police incident going on with guests a couple doors away that called for 9 police cars to come. Obviously I was not able to sleep and the noise from traffic was too much that I decided to vacate my stay a day early. Pool was closed as well...so nothing about the place was worthy to stay any longer.

Good enough to a quick trip. Bed isn’t the most comfortable (too hard for me) and pillows were too. The room was clean and quiet for our trip. Property is clean and quiet. The neighbourhood is quiet at night and during the day is walkable

Booked 3 nights only stayed for 1. Checked in later in the evening. Lady at check in counter wouldn’t let you in the lobby so I had to check in thru a window on the side of the building. We got to our room and it smelled like someone just completely disinfected the entire place with some sort of chemical spray. Still had hair and dirt on the floor in the bathroom, the door to our room had a gap you could almost put your hand through and the walls are paper thin you hear everything. The next day we decided to have lunch by the pool. When we got to the pool it said closed for maintenance. So I went to the front desk to ask for part of my stay back because we flew a long way to sit in the sun and wanted to do some swimming. The lady at the front desk (different lady then when I checked in ) says there is a sign right here at the front desk when you checked in you must have known the pool wasn’t working. I explained to her that the evening before the lady wouldn’t let me inside to check in and I had to use the drive through window and she NEVER mentioned anything about the pool not working. So after some back and forth with the front desk lady she says she will give us a refund for the 3rd night if we want to leave but not for the 2nd night because it was noon (12 ish) and we had to notify them before 11 if we were checking out. So we paid for 2 nights in the worst hotel by far in Scottsdale and only stayed 1. I do not recommend this place at all !
