The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

This was a great place to stay! Had the best view! We had a large group and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. The weather was great most of our stay, so the heated pool was a hit! Dawn, the host was great! Would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was perfect!! Started with our amazing host Dawn. She responded so quickly every time we needed something. The house was beautiful both inside and out.
