The property is a quiet 2 level home on a peacefull street with quick access to the SR 101 and Northern Expressway. The community has some amenities that include a Pool, green belt and walking paths within the gated neighborhood. Peoria Crossings shopping center less than 1 mile North with a Target Kohls and fast food options. Starbuks, Target, Kohls, Bass Pros, Ulta, Salad and Go, Chipotle, Dominoes,Pei Wei, Barros Pizza, Cracker Barrel, 5 Guys all within 2 mi radius.

Guests can access the whole home on two levels. The side yard, covered patio and garage and 2 car driveway areas.
The community offers a pool which we have keys for and green belt for activities within the gated community.

The house was very well taken care of and very clean! The location was also very convenient and close to many restaurants/entertainment. Definitely liked that it is also in a gated community which gave us peace of mind, though the area itself was very safe. Highly recommend this home and definitely will be staying here again in the future!

Beautifully decorated home! Safe gated community. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. I could tell that they actually washed the linens (unlike other places I’ve stayed). Convenient location for us visiting family in Glendale. Host communicated directions well and readily available if needed. If I’m in Glendale again, this is where I want to stay!
