Cozy one bedroom home conveniently located in central Phoenix. The property is only half a mile from the light rail and a 10 minute drive away from Sky Harbor Airport.
The space
Located on the second floor with a spacious deck great for sunbathing. This one bedroom home has a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and a pull out sofa bed located in the living room. Washer and dryer are located in the bedroom. Spacious kitchen comes stocked with cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and full sized fridge.
Other things to note
5th ave is a one way street! There is parking in the alley behind the building. Please be mindful that this parking area is shared with other guests as well.
