➤The guest will have access to the entire property including the Heated Pool, Hot tub, and BBQ area. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!

Other things to note
• Garage access is closed off, but there are 2 parking spots in the driveway, plus free street parking in the cul-de-sac.
• Security cameras are installed for your safety: one Ring doorbell at the front door and one camera at the back gate.
• Pool heating is available for $35/day with a 3-day minimum, starting on your arrival day.
⤷ Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you’d like to use it, as it takes time to heat the pool.
⤷ Pool temperature is typically set between 75–82°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
• Hot tub heating is included in your stay – no extra charge.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on cleaning/maintenance schedules.
⤷ Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100/hour fee due to delays in turnover.
• No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Violations may result in additional charges.
• A $50 fee (including shipping) applies for any items left behind that are found and returned upon request.
