Lovely, updated condo with new furnishings throughout. This second-floor unit allows guests to enjoy the view of the foothills while inside the condo or out on the spacious deck. A private stairway allows easy access to the unit Guests have opportunity to enjoy the pools, hot tub and 3-hole putting green located within the San Simeon Condominium community. Work out in the exercise room or take a walk around the pond and enjoy the Phoenix sunshine. Close to the Foothills Golf Course, and very close to a neighborhood of eateries, groceries & shops. Easy access to the freeway allows for more shopping, dining and entertainment. The condo is a split floorplan with a bedroom and bath at either side of the common area. The common living room includes a 70" TV, the dining room for eating or playing games & kitchen with pantry and laundry. An overall comfortable place to stay with lots of things to enjoy!

Love Foothills

Loved this property and location. Just far enough away but close enough to great attractions. Great park nearby with 2 pickleball courts. The complex is well maintained. Quite lovely. The apartment was great. A lot of thought went into it. The owners were wonderful to deal with. We hope to be back!

AZ 2025

We had a great time in AZ this winter. We love the area. condo was nicely decorated, well equipped. They even had 9volt batteries so when fire alarm went off late at night we had the supplies to change batteries. Soft beds. The only thing we missed was sitting on the patio. No fault of the owners but the road surface noise was unfortunate. We enjoyed the workout room and pool. Great neighbors. So close to many walking trails. We also enjoyed playing golf at foothills which was five minutes away.

South Mountain fun

We love the location of the condominium complex. Close to hiking, restaurants and shopping. We brought our bicycles and there were plenty of places to ride. The kitchen is well equipped and the 70 inch tv is great! The view of the mountains from the balcony is wonderful! The only drawback is the road noise as the balcony faces Desert Foothills Parkway. We are planning on returning next year!

The unit was a perfect fit for our needs. We love the location - easy access to the 202. Owner was very responsive to an issue we had upon arrival. Furniture is super comfortable as well as the bed. Kitchen is well stocked - love the pots and pans.

Lovely well kept condo

We loved everything about this place. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and very clean. Neighbours were very friendly and it was a lovely place to call “home” during our stay!
