Rashad was an excellent host. We had a few questions and he answered them immediately. The outside of the property was very, very nice. It had a great covered patio with a TV. The pool with the slide going into it was a hit with the grandchildren as was the pool volleyball net. The pool water and hot tub was a great temperature for our little ones. We had a lot of room inside the house to all spread out and get a good nice sleep. The inside could use a little love in some areas but all in all it was OK. We had a great time and would surely rent this place again.

If I could I would rate this home as a 4.5 only because there are some maintenance issues that need taken care of. A new basketball net is needed, tiles replaced on the hot tub and slide, a dripping shower head, just small stuff. Overall it was a great stay with plenty of outdoor space. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. We did not use the gaming space at all but used all other spaces. Very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated as we cooked all of our meals there. There was a great park close, a 10 minute walk I would book again if going to Phoenix.

We had a wonderful stay and Rashad was great! The location was perfect for our golf trip and the house had more than enough room to accommodate all 15 guests in our group. The grill, pool, and outdoor patio + TV were a huge plus for us as well. Highly recommend this stay to any large groups visiting the Phoenix area!

We traveled from California to celebrate my daughters birthday who turned 4. Family from CA traveled with us and family and friends from AZ also came to celebrate with us. This place has plenty of space to accommodate all of us and the host was prompt to reply and make sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely come back in the future!

Spacious and well appointed home with an awesome pool and backyard area. Great outdoor grilling/eating space and with small kids we especially appreciated the fence around the pool. The water slide is a highlight for all ages. The owner was super responsive and helpful, great all around experience!

Great Extended Family Vacation

It can be really difficult to find a 5 bedroom rental when we vacation with extended family, especially with a hot tub (a requirement of our children - ha!) This property worked out really well for us. Tons of beds, towels, blankets and eating space. Pool and outdoor space was beautiful - the kids loved the floats, pool volleyball and basketball, lawn games and firepit. And the extensive gaming system options made for great entertainment. So appreciated Rashad’s hospitality - easy to communicate with, anticipated our needs (e.g. offered an extra grill for a family bbq and a catering option through his wife who is a chef), and was very friendly and nice.

Women’s wellness retreat!

We had 23 ladies from ages 39-66 and we had a wonderful time at the home! The pool slide and volleyball was a huge hit! The Kitchen had everything we needed. I would suggest an additional refrigerator in the garage or something to accommodate large party groceries and drinks, also multiple twin beds were actually mattresses on the floor and I didn’t expect that as a host, but now I know to clarify. Overall however we had an absolutely beautiful adventure in the great state of AZ and received great service! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

Amazing Family Getaway

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 24 - seven siblings/families with assorted-age kids. Plenty of space and lots of special areas offered something for everyone. The beautiful pool area was a big hit, the grassy area in the back allowed room for croquet and running around. Gamers of all ages - video and board games - were in heaven. And the kitchen and patio areas were easy gathering spots. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, several enjoyed the workout area and all of us RELAXED. Rashad was so easy to work with and super responsive, and his offer to bring over a couple extra tables for the patio meant we could all eat together in the evenings. We visit VRBOs often but this was one of the best and we'll be back!

Stress Free Family Vacation!

Just came home from a fun 10 days with the family at this perfect getaway. The set up for a large family that wants to share meals, play games, visit and swim together is perfect. We spent so much time in the pool and the four tables on the back patio and ample chairs made for easy meals and fun times together. And of course the gamers in the family were in paradise! And I have some great photos of all the younger ones sitting on that comfy sofa playing games together. We brought lots of games but the house is full of all sorts of games. Rashad was very prompt in all communication and great to work with. So stress free and that's what we needed. Thank you Rashad for making this long awaited family vacation happen. From check in to check out - just easy and stress free. We will be back!
