There are extra pool heating charges should you choose to get the pool heated during your stay

Given the multitude of attractions and activities Scottsdale boasts, persuading your family or group to part ways with this remarkable backyard might prove to be a challenge! Much like having your own private resort, you'll never find yourself short of enjoyable activities to partake in.

Other Things to Note:
- Minimum Age to book is 25 years
- Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 10 am.
- Quiet Hours 10pm- 6am, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and Events, this is in compliance with the City Of Scottsdale STR policies and can result in fines.
- Security Cameras on premises- Front yard camera and a Door Bell Camera.
- Property has NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
-Propane tanks are provided which you can refill at your own cost.

- SWIMMING POOL RULES -

---> Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
--->Supervise children wherever they could find water. Children can drown in as little as an inch of water.
--->No one should swim alone. This includes grown-ups!
--->Designate an adult to be responsible for watching children in pools during parties, and rotate shifts. Have them wear a special shirt, hat or badge so that others know not to interrupt this person while on duty.
--->No food, drinks or glass inside the pool
--->No running, pushing or dangerous horseplay around the pool
---> Please be advised there is a $100/day charge for pool heating. If you would like to opt for this service please let us know at least 3 days prior to your check in date.

Also note:
- We have a pool technician come 1x/week to clean the pool/check chemicals
- We have a pest control guy 1x/month to spray the surrounding areas of the building
- We have yard maintenance/garbage collection service come 1x/week
*They will not interrupt your stay but will be present on the grounds for 30 mins during the week to take care of maintenance*
