The property was very upscale and lent itself to fun nights at the rooftop bar or days at the pool. But the bar service was very slow and overwhelmed. Seemingly because they were understaffed and needed to schedule additional servers to keep up with the volume of guests

Nice pool area, great staff, a bit loud

Convenient downtown location, nice rooftop bar/pool area. Well designed retreat vibe with a calm feel throughout. Was a little loud late night on the weekends with some karaoke and music audible until 1am even though we were on the 9th floor. Might be better on some sides of the building? Service was great, staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to stadiums and lots of great food options!

Needs an Update.

Hmmm .. where to start. $800 for one night of misery and no sleep . Mattresses are very old and you can feel springs poking through. Pillows were the worst ever . The pillows were not much bigger than an 8x10 . Sad to see this place become a craphole. I’ll never go back. We’ve stayed there in 2017 .

Old hotel in good location

Good location and excellent service. The room was dated but comfortable. What annoyed me is check in 4 pm and check out is 11am. Why not from 3 to 12. The covid is gone The pool has limited sitting space , but half of it is taken by $250 rental cabanas while hotel charges resort fee. There is no coffee machine in the room. The hotel is trying to squeeze you on every corner.

One night stay

One night stay. The area is walkable and has lots if restaurants in the area. The down side of our stay was the noise. There were either loud cars or motorcycles racing from about 11 pm to 2 am right outside our window so we didn’t get a lot if sleep
